Greetings Friend,

As we come together for a season of connection and community, I’m delighted to invite you to our Winter Gathering on Saturday, December 6th at The Lodge at Marconi's Buck Hall—a special moment to celebrate our shared commitment to protecting the lands, waters, and wildlife of West Marin. You can find details below and RSVP here

We’re also thrilled to share early news about the 2026 Point Reyes Birding & Nature Festival April 24-26. 2026, now available in our latest festival update.

As we look ahead, we’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our Duxbury Reef Naturalist Docent Program. If you love sharing the wonders of our coast with the community, learn more and sign up.

Your support is essential to sustaining the work that keeps West Marin wild, thriving, and resilient. From advocating for healthy ecosystems, to defending wildlife habitats, to delivering community education programs that inspire stewardship—EAC relies on members and supporters like you to make this work possible.

And if you haven’t yet joined our member circle, or renewed your EAC membership for the coming year, now is a wonderful time to recommit to the work we do together. You can join, renew, or make a contribution here.

In gratitude,

Become a Duxbury Docent!

Our Duxbury Docent team helps educate visitors about the extraordinary sea life and delicate intertidal ecosystem at Duxbury Reef. You, too, can play a vital role in protecting the reef through education.  A volunteer training to become a docent will be held in January-February 2026. And this year, we will also train and launch a team of tabling educators in Bolinas.
