The Environmental Action Committee of West Marin is looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers 21+ to assist us with our keynote evening programs during the 10th Anniversary of the Point Reyes Birding & Nature Festival at the Dance Palace Community & Cultural Center in Point Reyes Station.
Set Up Volunteers will assist the EAC staff with event coordination including setting up decor, rentals, the check in station, the reg desk, auction, the drink and food stations, assisting the in the kitchen, and other duties as assigned.
Event Volunteers will assist the EAC staff with event coordination including staffing the check in station, the reg desk, auction, the drink and food stations, assisting the in the kitchen, with food distribution, dish clean up, rental coordination + event clean up and other duties as assigned.
Volunteer roles will assigned on the event day, and training will be on the spot.

Volunteers must be 21+ of age, be physically able to lift up to 30 lbs., have basic customer service skills, be able to follow instructions and be a team player.
Volunteers will be able to enjoy food and drink, and have the option of participating in the evening's program once duties are complete. Event volunteers will return to their position following the program to complete any final event details.
